Shipping Policy

We ship across the United Arab Emirates, the wider GCC, Europe, the United Kingdom, North America and most of Asia. If your region isn't available at checkout, write to hello@sabr.ae and we'll try to arrange it.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and pre-release pieces carry their own timelines, noted on the product page.

Once dispatched, expected transit times are:

• UAE — 1 to 3 business days
• GCC — 3 to 5 business days
• Europe & UK — 5 to 8 business days
• North America — 6 to 10 business days
• Rest of the world — 7 to 14 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Complimentary shipping may apply to orders above a threshold shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival, charged by your local customs. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. If it doesn't arrive within a day of your dispatch confirmation, check your spam folder — or write to us.

Occasionally, customs or courier delays fall outside our control. We monitor every shipment and will be in touch if anything looks unusual.
