Return & Refund Policy

Unworn, unwashed pieces in their original condition — tags attached and packaging intact — may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Write to hello@sabr.ae with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 48 hours with instructions.

We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability. The original piece must be returned in its original condition first.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit back to us.

Pieces marked as final sale, alongside made-to-order items and archive re-releases, are not eligible for return or exchange except in case of manufacturing defect.

If a piece arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
